Actually, what I am confused about is why there are so many shares for sale at IPO price! Maybe someone dumped a large batch IDK. I quit running the outside adds, so maybe the flow of new people stopped... Who knows. Maybe they got tired of waiting... If you run the numbers, this makes financial sense to buy even even at .000005. Maybe buyers will return after shipment is in route. Plan is this: We see what is left over after people who want the miners take them. We will set up a separate pool from FAS and pay separate dividends. After a short period of time, it makes sense to combine them. Then offer GRID2, probably 100BTC buy (with instant USD conversion!!) Conversion between GRID & FAS is easily transferable. FAS can make an offer to buy out GRID shares at a specified price, or vice versa, or they could just operate separately. Funds for dividends could come from new shares issued or from the dividends. This of course would be brought up in a vote. Ultimately I will push to combine and grow the mining operation.

fasbit, I'm good anyway you want to work the details. I think a number of people that are in are waiting on those details. I am still buying shares at the .000002 level but limiting my buying. If this goes as well as it seems to be I am in for Grid 2. 100 BTC is agressive and could take time to sell enough shares. But you never know!

Over 50% of the stocks have been put back up for sell at .000002, I've been watching the #s pretty regularly. What happened with the prices? Why is the buy @ .000001 right now? This seems fucked up to me. It's very unlikely that ONE PERSON had ALL OF the buys in at .000001. Additionally, in order to acquire any shares, someone would have to had to buy ALL of the shares at .000002. I know for a fact this didn't happen because I had sell orders in for 1 shares randomly throughout the 2 stacks so I could monitor it, none of them sold. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Thanks for clarifying.

All I know is that when I got an email saying my buy order of 600,000(!!!) shares went through @ .000001, I bought up all I could. I haven't sold any or plan on selling any though.

I can run a report that shows the number of shares owned by whom, but more than half of the shares are "anonymous" (i/e they didn't share their email address) so I can't really get a snap shop of how things have changed because of limited info. Non-the-less, if somebody is selling at at "1" or "2" I would say that is slam-dunk buy time...regardless of their motivation. Who knows... markets do crazy things... My guess is that collectively several speculators waited for the shares to go to "4" or "5" and that didn't happen, so they got out. IDK.

Fasbit, the majority of the public stocks sold at .000001, isn't that correct? I can't guess why anyone would resell them at .000001 unless they needed the BTC. However, if you sell at .000002 you are still making a tidy profit. Up from there is all a plus. If you are in this for the correct purpose and that's the hardware buy, you will hang on and get the hardware or let GRID mine with the hardware. That's a bit longer wait for the return. If you notice there are a lot of new options to invest your BTC on Cryptostock. That's why on one of my posts I thought the GRID 2 buy might be more difficult to hit a higher BTC number. But it still is anyones guess what motivates people.

galvin, I'm in about the same. I want to be sure this is going to work. From the beginning it looked like a number of speculators buying at the .000001 with hopes to sell. I think we are seeing that coming out now. That works when there are buyers but not when most of us are waiting to see how it goes. Just a thought.

It very possible that the shares will go up after I post the tracking number, who knows. My guess is 50% of the investors just wanted a make a quick sell and get out and then the price didn't go up much at all... gox meltdown and all, delay in order etc... So there are a few buys that are "stucK" with shares they didnt really want...
One thing for certain, if we have a round 2, those BTC will get converted immediately...

fasbit, This is my first group buy and I frankly had no idea how it might work. I bet the second and third will go much more smoothly since the ground work has been done by you now. I am torn about getting the miners and letting you mine with them. I will just wait and see how it goes and make a decision. Thanks for the hard work!!!

I'm pretty sure we're just seeing people taking their coin out to sell on an exchange, since the price has gone up quite significantly in the last day. Some people want to make a quick buck, can't blame them.
