From the Cryptostocks announcement: "GRID - Mining Progress Ok... I had a goal of getting 50 miners tweaked, started and running today. I didn't make it. But I did manage to O.C. 30 of them and get them running stable. I may mod a batch or two to try to get 400khs. Right now we have 30 running at 380khs stable. During this break in period I am going to just point them all to middlecoin.com. You can monitor the revenue at:http://blockr.io/address/info/17Jr4RMMstbuZNte6AyiR4aChCJxU9hatr Or play by play: www.middlecoin.com/allusers.html" According to middlecoin we're currently hashing at 10.5 mh/s with 30 units setup. Nice!!

It looks like Linux doesn't play nice with more than 10 USB's on one MOBO... Looks like I will have to dig through this issue... If you look at the last link I posted above, the dips in hash power are all crashes. I had everything cranked up to 900mhz / 381khs. I may back it off a bit also to help stability. But I need at lest 40 GDS miners on one USB port. Any research help appreciated!!

Don't know if this will help, but I found this on the Gridseed cgminer readme on github: --usb :10 means only use a maximum of 10 devices of any supported USB devices Once cgminer has 10 devices it will not configure any more and hotplug will not scan for any more If one of the 10 devices stops working, hotplug - if enabled, as is default - will scan normally again until it has 10 devices github.com/gridseed/cgminer-3.1.1-GC3355-SVPS: Most people seem to think 850 mhz is max for stability.

Ok... I got it.... look for the chart to stabilize and climb... I have 61 units running.... will add another 20 on Monday....
Fixes to stabilize: No USB 3.0 Ports Running Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LT Installed libusb-1.0 Installed pyusb configure using "--with-system-libusb" added to when building
All units are running at 900mhz - less than .01% HW Errors

i've been using this website to track performance of multicoin pools - poolpicker.eu/ clevermining is beating middlecoin on all fronts except the most recent day, i think clever mining has been ddos-ed today so that might be causing the issue with today's numbers.

This has been a nightmare... but I think im "almost out of the woods" (what ever the hell that means)... Anyway... status... I have half of the units at 750mhz and half at 800mhz.... to it seams to have reduced the crashes.... As of 5pm US Central...we have 81 units up and running....I have 20 almost ready... Im pretty sue we will be at 100 by the end of the day tomoro...
BTW... how sucky is scrypt coin mining lately anyway...damn... maybe we need a research group .....to mine better coins... I seriously need a stratum server set up so I can move the whole ship around in a few seconds... Stratum server compat was stripped out of Cgminer at ~3.1.1 I talked to Con Kolivas and he said he will add it back into cgminer 3.7.2 for me... at a price of course.... I may set up a donation account.... Any bites?

How many units are you actually going to end up with total after the people claming theirs do so?

yea... i already tried that... cgminer no longer talks to stratum proxy ... it has to have a fix... so that post/link is dated

Ok... well the results from middlecoin suck... we should be pulling in 2x-3x what we are getting at middlecoin.. I have 100 units up and running...avg 30mhs. Tomorrow I will start some real mining and get some real results...i only put them there temporarily... hang on to your socks folks... All of those people who ditched their shares will regret it... just keep your eye on the results account... I think I could beat middlecoin results drunk... I may even try! /fasbit

Ah, that's what you mean by "compat". So it uses getwork? It should be working with that stratum proxy program. It says here (https://github.com/slush0/stratum-mining-proxy) that the program is an "Application providing bridge between old HTTP/getwork protocol and Stratum mining protocol as described here: mining.bitcoin.cz/stratum-mining." *shrug*
