Thanks for the heads up.This is either a distraction to buy more time or he's preparing his comeback. I'll give him another week before I talk to a lawyer....
The sad thing is that I'm more upset about the lack of communication than the disappointing dividends.
Edit: Who is info is private now. It was public before the whole mia fiasco. Didn't think I'd find another red flag so soon :/

Didn't think I'd find another red flag so soon :/ Not sure where he disappeared to. He did respond to one of my emails the other day regarding FAS. It was brief reply. He said he expects to add some new hardware to FAS in a week or two. If he put that in an announcement on crypto stocks, I think that would be well received. Communication is of paramount importance because people are often quick to think a lack of communication means they have been swindled. I believe the guy has good intentions. I also think he, like many others, is finding this whole Bit Coin "economy" to be much more challenging than expected. Seeing the homepage back up... Small, but significant. To me it suggest a measure of pride...

Well I'm stuck, I cant even sell my shares anyway. Either something big will happen that will make people want to buy shares. But at that point it would probably mean keeping them is better. Just glad I only went in with 1btc, originally was going in with 2. Lets hope something happens soon.

now whats up i just got back online after a month or so i have almost 100,000 shares i would like to be updated plz on whats up He has been out of touch due to work and hardly communicating anything to us, leaving us really worried if we got scammed or not. But on july 19th he made an announcement on FAS project, hopefully he will turn his attention to this project after he is done with that. cryptostocks.com/announcements/2974Ticker FAS - Fasbit - Instant Mining Date 19 Jul 19:21 FAS - Updates I have been out of touch for the last 60 days due to work travel. I'm back on top of everything and playing catch up. 1. Look for the Dividends to pick up pace. I purchased and added 2 ANT Miners out of pocket to help compensate for any performance issues that might be attributed to lack of management on my side. Both Ant miners are up and running and already making an impact. 2. We have 2.25 BTC in hardware reserve. I will be spending that before the end of the Month. Look for this to also pick up the results. I am doing the research now to get the "best bang for the buck." 3. I still have a smal percentage of our miners off line due to overheating of my lease space. I have moved most of the excess heat makers to my personal residence to help spread the heat out. This issue should be 100 resolved in less than a week and this will also help boost the results. I have upgraded electrical and AC to help absorb the influx. ./fasbit This made my day since I invested a lot in this, but so far it's just words, I'll believe it when I see some activity

Well after a few weeks nothing has changed. Looking like this project is dead even the profits have stopped. btc.blockr.io/address/info/17Jr4RMMstbuZNte6AyiR4aChCJxU9hatrThis link shows profits, but nothing is moving. Well our money is stuck, hardly anyone is buying shares now even at 1. Only thing I'm sticking to is trading btc. Anything else is just a bad investment.

FASBIT how about updating our forum??? I noticed this on cryptostocks a while ago: Update 08-13-14 - Mining revenues are visible here: wafflepool.com/miner/17Jr4RMMstbuZNte6AyiR4aChCJxU9hatrgood. I had given up already. How about some COMMUNICATION?? You are obviously still mining and taking profits. And where are the other 10mhash by the way? it used to sit around 40, now it is 30. Now since OUR (yes ours, all who invested) hardware reserves is 1.28 btc we could think about this 120mh scrypt miner for 1.21 btc: bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020140830074550960Um75pnzg06E3 It will ship in 3 months and in the cryptoworld that is an eternity but still, something must be done with the hardware reserves. Hopefully other companies will come up with more competitive stuff meanwhile and we could jump on one of those. Something to keep in mind while we watch the diff climb... other more safe option would be this: bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201409100729132701XzQIXcc06ABThis one would quite easy ROI if you rent it out on nicehash but but but... What are your future plans for the hardware funds? And why the hell are you not saying anything to us? And seriously, consider renting out at nicehash and betarigs, it would give more income and does not require much work from your part.

Surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit yet. For me prob not worth chasing after $600. How much I spent at the time.

I agree. My post was just a desperate attempt to get some kind of reaction from fasbit. It seems it worked a bit, after I posted the hashingspeed jumped up to just below 40 mhash as it should be. What pisses me off is the lack of communication from this guy, and heck with the new miners out it would be easy to tripple the mining income using our hardware funds, making it at possible for us to recover the losses a bit.

Last dividend was over a month ago. No one will ever ROI on that. The best thing he can do is sell the miners and send us the cost in BTC. Least then we all walk away with way more than we'll ever make in this investment.
