The GRID and FAS share owners would like to know where the dividends are.
There is btc in the share address, but no dividends have been paid for weeks.
There has been no communication from FAS about mining for weeks.
The website is down, looks like unpaid hosting.
The bitcointalk thread is now calling FAS/GRID a scam, and that label will stick if FASBIT does nothing.
Now is the time to update your shareholders...

I've been thinking of calling the Phil Tower in Tulsa to try and get a hold of him. His name is Brian Horton he's worked at Raleigh Asset Management Inc, and Horton Management Services. He has/had another business (also in the Phil Tower called Roof Medic. That's all the info I've gotten as insurance in case of legal action. Found some other stuff on old forums around 2011ish but forgot to bookmark. Oh and one of his companies was sued before and they settled out of court. I'll keep investigating until we hear from him. Unless he... passed?

I called the Phil Tower in Tulsa, but they can't give out personal info In other news, I found out Brian Horton is also behind OFStulsa.org a non-profit. That site is also down along with fasbit.com and it is also a wix domain. The only website with a connection to Brian that is up is GRTMarathon.com, which he was promoting on bitcointalk. I tried contacting both ofstulsa and GRTMarathon, but no response.
It's time to pursue legal action as Fasbit, Inc. is legally registered as an Oklahoma for profit business and it is still registered as "In Existence. " Any lawyers or paralegals in the house?

I think I may talk with an Oklahoma lawyer because you must file a suit in small claims court in the state that the defendant lives in. I'll be out of town this weekend, but I will try to call next week
Keep the faith guys. If we stick together, fasbit will either be forced to come out of hiding or he (or a rep) will have to answer in court.

Hey guys I think it will be allright I contacted a bitcointalk user that I knew could reach him and he claimed that he is out of town and working crazy hours but will sort out the dividend payments somehow. No info about when but I got my hopes up for this project again.

Well a dividend was paid, but I am still not impressed with this lack of professionalism. Another half baked Bitcoin "investment" here. Sorry if I'm still cynical, but I really thought Fasbit was going to be different. Instead it's more of the same BS. I'm just waiting for the mysterious "hacker" to steal our money to complete the BS.
I do believe everyone deserves a second chance so I will try to be patient again. I'm just nowhere near as positive as I was before :/

Oh and I just read that fasbit was unable to access Internet. That's possible, but even I was able to find an Internet cafe near a secluded village in Mexico and my pen pal in Armenia works 13 hours a day and she still has time to chat with me regularly (sometimes for an hour) so the long hours excuse is still understandable, but not a great excuse. I'm just saying where there's a will, there's a way and I don't think there was a very strong will involved. Cynic FTW! Edit: Fasbit, if you're reading this (LMFAO), please put the rig on betarigs. You seem to be too busy to do this right. Seriously.

Idk how people can so deliberately screw other people over like this, tbh. I mean yea, I get we "invested", but the common sense scenario is that, we bought some asics for this guy to run to get a piece of the profit. The thing that never made sense to me is "you got a week to claim them then they're mine". I should've dumped all my shares as soon as I read that. At that point, after that week has passed he has no incentive for this project to do anything what so ever. It's criminal. The human thing to do would be to just buy all the shares at IPO price if Fasbit wants to keep the asics. If he doesn't let people who still have shares get their hardware if they want. At least that way they aren't totally broke, they could sell the hardware or mine on their own.
I even set up this forum and the scumbag said he'd pay me .1 btc, I've never even received it. I have emails of him saying "sure I'll buy your shares", and haven't heard a word from him. Pathetic excuse for a human being, this guy needs to move to DC and run for office. He'd be a good fit there.
So congratulations Fasbit, I have 3 kids to feed and you effectively ran off with $5,000 of mine. Karma is a bitch when you conduct yourself in this manner, is about all I have to say!!

I'll phone a lawyer in Oklahoma next week, but it'll be a while until anything concrete comes out of it. I'll probably have to explain what Bitcoin is to him, plus the semi-anonymous nature of it will complicate things :/
The only thing that will help is the fact that Fasbit, Inc is an actual Oklahoma registered business.
