Sound like a great idea if we could raise 250+ BTC and I dunno how probable that would be.

Drum Roll... Miners ship on Tuesday March 11th from Gridseed to our forwarding agent. (1-2 days???) Beijing to Shenzen. Once they get to forwarding agent, we will get a FED EX tracking number. ###Edit ### Gridseed also informed me that the minimum buy size will increase from 200 units to 1000.... We got in just in time!! This also means that the retail price will probably go up... since there will be fewer players in the market and its a much bigger risk to wire $175,000 than $35,000. I'm thinking we buy a full container... on round 2... sell them on market and distribute the profits as dividends... maybe... Response? yes let's do that, but agree ahead of time if the prices tank we will just use them for mining.

I think a 1,000 unit buy order would be feasible assuming everything goes smoothly with this one, and we get some nice dividends. How much profit I make off of getting into this order @ IPO will determine how much I contribute to the next order obviously.
Also, I would say that on the next order, to the people who purchases shares for the 1000 unit order, they should have the option of getting their miners shipped to them if they want, and those not being sold for dividends at market. And then everyone who doesn't want the physical miners will be able to collect dividend profit on the resell.

Next round I'm going to convert the BTC "on the Fly" - meaning I will convert them about every 3 to 4 hours... to keep USD Rate steady. Also I could accept USD and enter shares to represent the payment.

I think a second order is a great idea since they are raising the cost of entry. After some good news about the first delivery it would sell out quickly.

Picture of our boxes! www.tumblr.com/blog/fasbitLMAO: Gridseed sent the boxes COD to the freight forwarding company. Hmmmm.... it cost $35 USD to ship these boxes worth $35,000 USD from Beijing to Shenzen and they send COD!!! So of course, as you might have guessed, I have to get my happy ass out of bed at 3:00am to check on the order... and get email about the $35.00 deficit... amazing!! The best part is spending an additional $45 to wire the $35....

Wow. Epic fail.
I guess as long as they're almost here, it's fine.

The miners have arrived at the Tulsa office. If you want a miner, send an email to info@fasbit.com in this format:
Subject: GRID Miners Shipping Name: X Shipping Address: X Your Crypto-Stock Email Address: X Number of Miners you want: X Number of Controllers you Want: X Do you want special or expedited shipping or insurance?: Other:
DO NOT TRANSFER SHARES YET UNTIL I EMAIL YOU. If your government requires a special customs form, please attach it to your email. I will get your shipping costs and email to you. You will be charged COST only for shipping. No mark-up. I accept BTC only for shipping costs. I will email you a BTC request from coinbase for shipping costs. As soon as you pay for shipping and transfer shares, I will mail them to you. Gridseed did not send the miners in small boxes, so I have to buy a small box for each miner to ship them in. /fasbit
